On Wednesday of last week there was a new mural on the side of the bunker.

My wife did a little research into this mural and it appears to be a memorial to a motorcyclist, Koa, who died a year ago in a crash.

A small white building in a field is covered with colorful handprints and features the words KOA and the datess 12-21-04 - 121-24. The ocean is visible on the left in the distance.

I have also since found out that the current front face of the bunker, which I posted earlier, is in memory of a young family woman who sadly took her own life.

A wall of a brink building painted with a large heart-shaped mural containing the words Love and Peace and Pukas overlooks a grassy field with an ocean in the background. In front is a small stone with the letters P P on it and some flowers.

A painted rock with a yellow flower on top is set in a grassy field near the concrete base of and old building and the ocean in the distance.
